National School Breakfast Week is March 4 – 8 and celebrates the importance of a nutritious school breakfast in fueling students for success. Children who eat breakfast are more likely to have better concentration and memory, improve their classroom behavior, reach higher levels of achievement in reading and math, as well as other benefits. But when the school week gets busy, it’s easy for students to rush out the door in the morning without having a nutritious meal. That’s why school breakfast is such a great option! This year’s theme is ‘Surf’s Up with School Breakfast’. USD 378 will be participating with some tropical themed items.

Monday, March 4 – Ocean Blue Glazed Donuts
Tuesday, March 5 – Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
Wednesday, March 6 – Hawaiian Sunrise
Thursday, March 7 – Cinnamon Rolls
Friday, March 8 – Teacher Inservice, No School
