On Tuesday, October 24, the Riley County Health Department will be at Riley County Schools to offer Flu and/or COVID vaccines to students (in grades 1st-12th only) and all staff. Both vaccines are optional. They will start at the Grade School at 8:30am and go to the High School after they are finished.
If you are wanting your student to receive 1 or both vaccines, please fill out the paperwork that was sent on ParentSquare. A copy of the front and back of the child's insurance card must be included, and a copy of the COVID vaccine card is appreciated if they will be receiving that vaccine. If paperwork is not completely filled out and signed, the health department will not be able to give the student any shots. Paperwork is due to your child's homeroom teacher on Monday, October 16.
