A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 6:45pm in the RCHS Library regarding the proposed policy to determine the number of nonresident students that USD 378 has the capacity to accept in each grade level. A new statute has mandated that the board of education develop a policy to determine if nonresident students may attend school within our district. The policy will clearly specify the reasons that the board may use to deny enrollment of a nonresident student who is not in good standing. At the hearing, the board will hear testimony regarding the proposed policy.
