On October 14th,in the RCHS Cafeteria the Board of Education will be holding a public forum on the USD 378 Bond Project at 6:00 p.m. There will be a presentation covering the different aspects of the bond project with a question and answer time following. Following the forum the board will have its regular meeting in the cafeteria to begin at 7:00 p.m.
