On Wednesday, October 29, the Riley County Health Department will be at Riley County Schools to offer Flu(influenza) shots and COVID vaccine shots to all students and staff. Both shots are optional. They will begin at the GS building at 8:30am and visit the HS building after they are done at the GS.
If you are wanting your student to receive 1 or both vaccines, please fill out the paperwork that was sent out on ParentSquare. A copy of the front and back of the child's insurance card must be provided in addition to the consent paperwork. If paperwork is not completely filled out and signed, the health department will not be able to give the student any shots. Paperwork is due on Monday, October 27 - GS students need to turn their paperwork in to their homeroom teacher and HS students need to turn their paperwork in to the Office.
