Just a reminder that all post-season entry fees into games are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. These entry prices are decided on by the KSHSAA and not by the high schools who are hosting the event. No league passes or school passes will be accepted.

RCHS qualified 3 wrestlers for State competition next week in Hays. Garrison Easterberg (113 lbs) 2nd place, Kaden Gutsch (144 lbs) 2nd place, and Nathan Hammond (175 lbs) 2nd place. Good luck to them at State!
Congratulations to the RCHS Chess Team for their 1st Place finish at the Most Pure Heart of Mary Chess Tournament in Topeka today. Drake Otto clinched the team title for the RC team over Washburn Rural in the 48th move of his last match. Way to go Falcons!
RCHS basketball faced off against Rossville this evening. It was Senior Night. The varsity girls and boys fell to the bulldogs in tough games.
RCHS FBLA students took a trip to KSU to the Explore Accounting Event. Students were able to hear from industry professionals as well as a student panel today!
RCHS senior Emili Brewer signed with Butler to continue her educational and cheerleading career. Congratulations and good luck Emili! Go Falcons!
Congratulations Mavrick Winter! Out of 700 applicants throughout Kansas, he is the first ever RCHS recipient of the Rudd Scholarship, which will pay for four years of college. Mavrick will attend KSU and study biology/chemistry. It's a great day to be a Falcon! #RuddScholarship
Due to wind chill temperatures Riley County Schools will open 2 hours late Thursday, February 20th. The buildings will open at 9:40am and school will begin at 10:00am. No breakfast will be served. This is for RCGS, RCHS, and RCCC. Stay safe and warm!

Congratulations to RCHS Wrestlers Aryana DeLeon and Makayla Truesdale! Both qualified for the 321A State Wrestling Tournament. Aryana finished in 8th place in the 115lb class and Makayla took 8th in the 120lb class at Rossville today. Both will compete in Hays on February 28th. Congrats Falcons!

RCHS basketball hosted Nemaha Central on Friday. Congratulations to Falcon girls varsity team on their victory in overtime to secure the league championship! The boys fought hard and fell in double overtime to the Thunder. Way to go Falcons!

Falcon fans, your 7th grade boys are Big East League Champions! 7th grade boys took down previously unbeaten St Marys 45-40 in the final round of the league tournament. 8th graders won both of their games in dominating fashion tonight at Rossville to finish 5th overall in the Big East League. Way to go Falcons!
RCHS Boys Wrestling Team competed in the first Big East League tournament. The team finished 5th overall with four wrestlers placing in the top two.
